My passion as a hypnotherapist is in helping clients overcome their challenges by guiding them to their own inner wisdom and strength. I never cease to be inspired by the power for positive transformation present in each and every individual. It is truly an honor and a joy to work with clients to help them change limiting beliefs and obstacles and learn how to make their subconscious mind work in their favor as they uncover their true potential.
Combat veterans dealing with PTSD, professionals struggling with the overwhelming stress of family and work, and individuals suffering from chronic pain due to medical conditions are some of the diverse clientele I have worked with and welcome. Experiences such as working with a refugee resettlement agency—The International Rescue Committee, leading high school volunteers in East Africa, and editing a film about combat veterans readjusting to civilian life have informed my work with people suffering from trauma and/or addiction. Having competed internationally in Grand Prix equestrian show jumping, I am also very familiar with the trials, tribulations, and thrills of high-pressure performance and sports. Hypnotherapy is an incredible tool for overcoming nerves and improving performance.
A Fellow of the International Board of Hypnotherapy, I received over 500 hours of training from the Hypnotherapy Academy of America in both medical support and analytical hypnotherapy.
